We have identified the root cause and deployed a fix. We’ve confirmed with several affected customers that services are back to normal.

We are currently investigating an ongoing issue that is causing requests made by integrated test applications to fail with a 401 error.
This means that the following functionality may not work as expected:
- Scheduling or updating exams through integrated test platforms
- Opening the integrated settings widget or opening the dashboard from an integrated application.
- Starting an exam as a student
- Validating that a student is in a secured exam environment (done by the test application)

As soon as we have more information, we will post updated on our status page.
